Elaine is based in London and works for advertising agencies, photographers and TV companies on projects all over the world.
Elaine is passionate about all aspects of food and travels extensively to learn from different cultures.
She regularly works in Shanghai utilising her London experience and Chinese heritage in this rapidly developing market.
