Elaine Ngan is one of the UK’s most experienced and highly respected food stylists. For more than twenty years she has worked in London and abroad on projects in print, film and commercials for many of the world’s leading food brands.
Technical problem solving is one of Elaine’s specialisms which enables her to work to very precise briefs. She has the ability to present the Product in a creative and beautiful way while staying within strict guidelines often required.
As well as comprehensive understanding of international cuisine Elaine has a rounded knowledge of food preparation for public presentation having previously studied the science , taught at Ken Lo’s Chinese Cookery school, written numerous recipe books, worked professionally as a chef and appeared on C4.
